What You'll Do:

Reporting to the Director, AI Value Hub, the Senior Analyst, AI Enablement & Programs is responsible for driving the adoption, enablement, and execution of AI and citizen-led automation initiatives across the organization. This role leads the end-to-end coordination and delivery of both grassroots and strategic use cases, enabling business teams to identify, design, and implement process improvements using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, and emerging AI capabilities.

The Senior Analyst plays a critical role in operationalizing the AI Value Hub by combining structured program execution, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on enablement to accelerate value delivery. This includes managing intake processes, supporting governance execution, delivering training and community programs, and helping scale automation solutions in alignment with enterprise priorities.

Responsibilities

The Senior Analyst, AI Enablement & Programs is responsible for executing AI and automation initiatives while building internal capability and ensuring consistent delivery practices.
  • Supporting the delivery of AI and automation initiatives across both grassroots and strategic use cases, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities.
  • Managing the intake, triage, and coordination of AI and citizen development initiatives, including backlog tracking and prioritization support.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for business teams to guide adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, and related tools.
  • Designing and delivering training sessions, workshops, and Community of Practice events to increase adoption and build organizational capability.
  • Supporting the growth and sustainment of a Community of Practice by facilitating knowledge sharing, engagement, and peer-to-peer support.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation of best practices, playbooks, and guidance to standardize AI and automation delivery approaches.
  • Providing practical guidance to business and technology teams on solution design, licensing considerations, and deployment readiness.
  • Supporting the execution of the AI and automation delivery lifecycle, including intake, review checkpoints, governance alignment, and deployment coordination.
  • Ensuring solutions align with governance, compliance, and data classification standards in collaboration with technology and risk teams.
  • Identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation, and supporting the development and scaling of high-value use cases.
  • Supporting the identification and socialization of reusable solution patterns and capabilities across the organization.
  • Collaborating with delivery leads and technical specialists to support solution development and deployment.
  • Tracking progress, highlighting risks, and escalating issues to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.


What You Bring:
  • Post-secondary education in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in business analysis, program coordination, or technology-enabled transformation roles.
  • Experience supporting AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across business and technology teams.
  • Experience contributing to training, enablement, or community-based programs.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, or similar low-code/no-code tools (hands-on experience is an asset but not required).
  • Experience supporting intake, prioritization, and delivery processes in a structured program or project environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Location: Toronto, Ontario (Hybrid: In-office 4 days a week)

Broadband Salary Range: $64,000 - $106,000 CAD.
Our typical hiring range is between $64,000 and $85,000. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements. For critical roles, the compensation offering will be reviewed to ensure alignment with market rate and conditions and the unique value you bring to the role.
