Qualifications

• MS/PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• Experience with PyTorch/JAX and current large language model frameworks.
• Strong publication history in prestigious ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or impactful experimental work.
• Hands-on large-scale model training experience, knowledge of transformer architectures, reinforcement-learning techniques, and CUDA usage.

Responsibilities

• Explore advanced workflow-aware planning and collaborative multi-agent systems.
• Prototype and benchmark models, and present findings to internal and external stakeholders.
• Work with Product & Engineering teams to implement research-driven features.
• Contribute to open-source projects and write technical blog posts.
