What You'll Accomplish with Us
As a Senior Advisor, Product Marketing, you will be at the heart of our mission. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute integrated go-to-market strategies across digital and traditional channels, aligned with business priorities and strategic objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and performance data to identify opportunities and challenges, and provide recommendations for product development, enhancement, and commercialization.
- Define value propositions, customer journeys, key messaging and positioning, to support product launches and growth initiatives.
- Design and implement growth and product lifecycle strategies, including customer nurturing, cross-selling, upselling, and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.
- Optimize the digital presence of products by overseeing the evolution of product pages and landing pages to maximize engagement, conversion, and user experience.
- Lead large-scale strategic projects from planning through delivery, ensuring stakeholder alignment, adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership and internal teams while defining performance indicators, measuring marketing effectiveness, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and business growth.

We are looking for someone who:
- Is recognized for their strategic vision and ability to develop and implement complex marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Has solid experience in strategic marketing, product marketing, and solution development.
- Demonstrates strong analytical, market intelligence, and synthesis capabilities to support informed decision-making.
- Stands out through strong business acumen, influential leadership, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Excels at developing compelling presentations and communicating strategic recommendations to a variety of audiences.
- Demonstrates a strong ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams and build lasting partnerships.
- Has a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in a similar strategic marketing or product marketing role.
- Holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing; a master's degree is considered an asset.
- Has knowledge of financial products and/or group insurance and savings products.
- Is recognized for strong project management, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Is proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable working with data and performance metrics.
- Advanced knowledge of the English language is required, as the successful candidate will be required to analyze markets, collaborate on the development of marketing strategies, develop and present strategic recommendations, and interact regularly with internal partners, national teams, and English-speaking stakeholders. Knowledge of the French language is considered an asset.

The typical hiring range for this position is between $87,902 and $115,371 ; base salary may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity.
