We are seeking a high-performing
Senior Accountant to support the financial operations of a growing real estate investment and development platform. This role will manage multiple entities and partner closely with FP&A and leadership on reporting, analysis, and investor deliverables.
Key Responsibilities - Lead monthly close (US GAAP and tax-basis) across multiple entities
- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
- Track management fees, carried interest, and promote structures
- Allocate costs across funds, SMAs, and joint ventures
- Support financial reporting, audits, and investor reporting
- Assist with tax compliance and K-1 review
- Perform variance analysis and support budgeting processes
- Partner with FP&A on financial performance and entity economics
- Maintain internal controls and support process improvements
Qualifications - Bachelor`s in Accounting or Finance
- 2-5 years` experience, including public accounting and/or real estate
- Experience in real estate, private equity, or investment management preferred
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and partnership accounting
- Yardi Voyager a plus; advanced Excel required
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
