Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Account Manager to support our clients in staffing, while assisting with business development initiatives, including emerging AI sales efforts. This role works closely with sales, recruiting, and delivery teams to ensure high-quality delivery, strong client relationships, and smooth account operations.

Required Qualifications
  • 5-7+ years of experience in account management and sales with experience in IT and Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience working with MSP/VMS platforms (Fieldglass, Beeline, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of IT and Engineering roles, skill sets, and technologies
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and follow-through skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, CRM, and ATS tools
