Full Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Account Manager who will be responsible for managing and growing strategic customer accounts within the Photomask semiconductor industry. This role develops account strategies, expands revenue, and strengthens business relationships with key customers including fabs, IDMs, OSATs, OEMs, and semiconductor suppliers. Working closely with the Regional Sales Manager, the Senior Account Manager drives commercial engagement, identifies new opportunities, and delivers customer value aligned with company objectives.

Location
  • On-site in Allen, Texas or Brookfield, CT office. This role is a regional position with an expectation of up to 50% travel.

Responsibilities

Account Management
  • Manage and grow assigned strategic customer accounts.
  • Develop account plans, quarterly business reviews, and engagement strategies.
  • Coordinate customer communications, proposals, and contract discussions.
  • Maintain strong relationships at multiple customer levels (engineering, procurement, management).

Sales Execution
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue and booking targets.
  • Build and manage pipelines aligned with customer roadmaps and investment plans.
  • Lead sales cycles from opportunity identification through close.
  • Forecast demand and maintain CRM accuracy.

Customer and Market Engagement
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical and commercial discussions.
  • Identify customer needs and align them with product and technology capabilities.
  • Provide voice-of-customer input to product and marketing teams.
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with applications engineering, operations, and product management.
  • Support technical evaluations, demos, and new product introductions.
  • Collaborate internally to deliver customer commitments and resolve issues.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor processes, technology trends, or advanced packaging.
  • Understanding of pricing, contracts, and revenue forecasting.
  • Ability to build trust with technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate complex customer requirements into solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to lead through influence.
  • Experience identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Ability to develop and execute customer strategies aligned with near-term revenue goals and long-term technology roadmaps.

Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in semiconductor sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Experience working with fabs, IDMs, OSATs, or semiconductor equipment/supply companies.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes or supply chain.
  • Demonstrated success growing strategic accounts and long-term customer relationships.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce or equivalent).
  • Experience managing individual customer accounts with annual revenues $10M+.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred. Equivalent experience considered.

Travel
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
