  • Maternity Leave (Short-Term Disability Baby Bonding): 28-30 weeks
  • Baby Bonding Leave: 18 weeks

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting.
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.

Preferred qualifications:
  • 3 years of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns and relationships with customers or agencies.
  • 2 years of project management experience, working in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • 1 year of leadership experience.
  • Experience with Google Ad Solutions, specifically search and video and understanding of competitor landscape across traditional and digital media advertising.
  • Deep knowledge of Google's Search and AI-powered performance portfolio (AI Max, PMax, Demand Gen, and Measurement solutions).
