This individual will also be comfortable adopting and using AI-enabled tools to enhance account planning, prospecting, research, sales preparation, pipeline management, client insights, and overall productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Account Management & Growth
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic employer accounts, developing a deep understanding of each client's business, workforce, health and safety priorities, and evolving needs.

  • Build strong relationships across multiple levels of client organizations, including Health & Safety, Human Resources, Disability Management, Operations, Procurement, and executive leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to expand Lifemark's Occupational Health services within existing accounts, business units, regions, and employee populations.
  • Conduct regular client reviews and strategic business discussions focused on program performance, emerging needs, opportunities, and measurable outcomes.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on workforce health, workplace injury prevention, disability management, and return-to-work solutions.

Business Development & Revenue Growth
  • Develop new strategic employer relationships while leveraging Lifemark's existing reputation, capabilities, client relationships, and market presence.
  • Generate, qualify, and close new business opportunities across Transportation, Distribution & Warehousing, Construction, Healthcare, and other priority sectors.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities and consistently advance prospects through complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Lead consultative sales discussions to understand client challenges and develop tailored Occupational Health solutions that improve workforce health, safety, productivity, and employee outcomes.
  • Develop compelling proposals, presentations, business cases, pricing recommendations, and responses to RFPs.
  • Lead commercial discussions and contract negotiations in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Achieve annual revenue, account growth, pipeline, retention, and new business objectives.

Client & Industry Relationships

  • Build productive relationships with employers, industry associations, brokers, consultants, safety organizations, and other relevant partners.
  • Represent Lifemark at industry conferences, association meetings, client events, and networking forums.
  • Stay current on employer priorities, industry trends, regulatory developments, competitive activity, and emerging workforce health challenges.
  • Bring market and client insights back into the organization to help strengthen Lifemark's solutions and commercial strategy.

AI, Technology & Data-Enabled Selling
  • Confidently adopt and use AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to improve sales effectiveness, account management, and productivity.
  • Use AI and digital tools to support account research, prospecting, meeting preparation, opportunity identification, proposal development, communication, and follow-up.
  • Leverage CRM, reporting, client data, and market intelligence to identify trends, prioritize opportunities, and make informed account decisions.
  • Demonstrate curiosity and a willingness to experiment with new tools and ways of working that improve client engagement and commercial effectiveness.
  • Apply appropriate judgment when using AI and technology, including maintaining confidentiality, data security, accuracy, and responsible-use standards.
