We're looking for a high-performing Senior Account Executive to drive new business and expand our partner ecosystem. This role is focused on acquiring new partners, growing existing relationships, and selling innovative software solutions. You'll own the full sales cycle-from prospecting through close-while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impact.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle including prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing
- Acquire and manage partners within your assigned territory and Ideal Customer Profile
- Drive new partner acquisition through outbound outreach (calls + email) and strategic account development
- Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline aligned to quarterly and annual targets
- Execute ConnectWise's value-based sales methodology
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and implementation plans
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
- Ensure deals meet pricing, margin, and contract standards
What Success Looks Like- Average deal size: $15K+ annual contract value
- Annual transactions: Up to 85 deals per year
- Sales cycle: ~25-90+ days
- Consistent achievement of annual revenue growth targets
- Strong pipeline health and forecasting accuracy
What You Bring- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS or technology
- Proven success managing full-cycle sales in a high-volume environment
- Experience selling into or working with MSPs, TSPs, or cybersecurity solutions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate with high autonomy
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- High activity mindset (comfortable with 40-50 outbound calls/day)
- Adaptability to evolving technology and partner needs
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated ability to exceed quota and drive consistent revenue growth
- Experience selling solution-based or value-based offerings
