Who You'll Work With

As a Director-level Solution Owner, you'll be part of Slalom's Product Engineering & Cloud capability, working alongside multidisciplinary teams of engineers and architects. You'll collaborate closely with client executives, product owners, and cross-functional go-to-market leaders to shape and deliver transformative solutions that embed AI into core business processes.

In alignment with the Market Solutions track, you'll play a key role in connecting delivery excellence with business growth-partnering across teams to support sales efforts, develop solution offerings, and drive measurable client impact. You'll also lead and mentor a team of Solution Owners, helping them grow into AI-literate, business-minded delivery leaders.

What You'll Do

Market Solutions & Business Impact
  • Support sales motion by shaping, positioning, and delivering differentiated AI-enabled solutions aligned to client needs and industry trends.
  • Contribute to the growth of Slalom's solution portfolio by identifying opportunities, sharing market insights, and aligning offerings to customer outcomes.
  • Lead value-based conversations with clients, clearly articulating how solutions drive both immediate results and long-term business impact.
  • Ensure strong return on investment across engagements by aligning delivery outcomes to client strategy and measurable value.

AI-Enabled Delivery Leadership
  • Lead large-scale Agile programs that integrate AI capabilities to accelerate delivery, improve decision-making, and enhance customer experiences.
  • Define and manage delivery roadmaps, financials, and governance structures that support AI-enabled product development.
  • Partner with clients to translate strategic goals into AI-informed user stories and product requirements.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and AI specialists to validate technical approaches and ensure scalable, ethical AI integration.

Communication & Influence
  • Influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders by building trust, creating accountability, and driving clear decisions in complex environments.
  • Develop clear, audience-tailored communications that align teams and effectively convey the value of AI-enabled solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations that connect delivery outcomes to business impact.

Delivery Excellence & Quality
  • Deliver industry, capability, and solution expertise across a range of engagements, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing challenges to minimize disruption.
  • Ensure teams are focused on the right priorities and outcomes, adjusting direction as needed to maximize impact.
  • Champion innovation, experimentation, and the adoption of emerging technologies (e.g., AI, AI agents) to enhance delivery.

People Leadership & Growth
  • Guide and mentor a team of Solution Owners, including managers, fostering career growth, delivery excellence, and AI fluency.
  • Coach team members to incorporate ROI thinking, solution differentiation, and storytelling into their work.

Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and deepen relationships with key client stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Partner with teams to deliver "Customer Love" and create long-lasting, trusted client relationships.
  • Travel up to 50% may be required depending on client needs.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range is $220,000 to $269,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
