Full Job Description
Bloomberg Television is looking for a highly motivated segment producer to join one of our flagship moeninf programs in-person at our world headquarters in NYC.
You will be responsible for: producing segments for reporters, newsmakers and top guests on market-moving stories, taking the initiative on covering breaking news, and supporting the line producer, senior producer and anchors. You'll join the show in the control room daily to call elements, check in reporters/guests, make banners.
You should have a broad interest in global news with a specialized focus on markets, finance and the economy.

• Produce segments for a daily show that covers the top market-moving stories
• Be proactive - pitch ideas, be creative, bring your expertise to the table and elevate our content
• Pitch newsmakers and stories
• Develop relationships within the business, finance communities globally
• Work closely with the other producers and talent
• Work well under pressure in a fast-paced newsroom environment
• Be able to pivot and react as news events evolve
YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience producing for live TV
• Knowledge of business news and the financial markets
• Problem solving skills, with the ability to work under deadline pressure
• Flexibility with hours
Salary Range = 85,000 - 110,000 USD Annual + Benefits + Bonus
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
