Job DescriptionThe GSOC Technology Liaison is responsible for the day-to-day administration, support, and coordination of security technology systems utilized by the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC). This position serves as the primary point of contact for security technology issues and works closely with Security Operations, Information Technology, Facilities, technology vendors, and end users to ensure systems remain operational and effective.
The role is responsible for administering security applications, managing user accounts and permissions, performing initial troubleshooting and issue triage, coordinating vendor support, maintaining system documentation, supporting reporting and dashboard development, and assisting with technology-related projects. The GSOC Technology Liaison also serves as a technical liaison between operational stakeholders and technology providers to facilitate timely issue resolution and continuous improvement.

Your Responsibilities as the Tech Liaison- Work closely with the GSOC to elevate talent and service offerings
- Administer security technology platforms supporting GSOC operations.
- Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts across authorized applications.
- Manage user permissions, roles, groups, and distribution lists.
- Maintain platform configurations within established administrative authority.
- Perform regular reviews of user access and permissions.
- Assist with software updates, testing, and validation activities.
- Maintain system documentation, user guides, and administrative procedures.

Your Qualifications: - Two (2) or more years of experience supporting enterprise technology, security technology, or operational technology systems.
- Experience administering user accounts and permissions within enterprise applications.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Experience working with vendors and service providers.
- Experience supporting technology implementations or operational technology environments.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC).
- Experience administering Everbridge, Samdesk, or similar operational platforms.
- Experience with access control systems, video management systems, and visitor management platforms.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power BI, and Power Automate.
- Experience working with security technology integrators such as Convergint or comparable service providers.
- Knowledge of Everbridge, Samdesk, VMS, Access Control, Systems, Incident Management platforms, etc.
