QualificationsASSESSMENT FACTORS
1. Engages the client on routine to complex issues to ensure their needs and those of the organization are met.
2. Skillfully anticipates difficult and demanding problems in order to mutually resolve issues for all parties involved.
3. Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills to compose and deliver responses to complex questions in a clear, concise, and organized manner.
4. Performs the role as a Subject Matter Expert, in SCIF life-cycle management, providing on the job training and mentorship for subordinate personnel in security policy and standard operating procedures.
5. Plans, organizes, prioritizes, and schedules own work activities to complete assignments in timely and effective manner.
HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS
1. Experience applying the regulatory guidance outlined in ICD 705 DoDM 5105.21, DoDM 5200.01 with some oversight in the daily execution of Command or Agency level programs.
2. Experience in conducting facility compliance inspections/overseeing major military construction projects, new builds, and renovations.
3. Security program and database management experience critical to the oversight and execution of DoD programs.
