Full Job Description

What You Will Do:

You will lead moderately complex projects that generally have been assigned a medium to high corporate priority. Provide subject matter expertise in areas including project management, setup of local project offices, project scope definition, risk identification, project methodology, prioritization, and facilitation. Maintain control of schedule, cost, safety, quality, and customer expectations/satisfaction at all times. Present to management and/or customers on project updates, project cycle, and encouraged results. Manage vendor relationships throughout the installation and ensure projects are closed on time and in scope.

How You Will Do It:

  • Methodology:Understanding of Project Management Institute's (PMI) methodology and key knowledge areas, including Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Human Resources, Communications, Risk, and Procurement Management. Implement these methods with accountability and integrity to ensure project success.

  • Communication/Coordination:Responsible for communication and status reporting to project staff, customers, and management. Develop comprehensive work plans, lead project resources, assign duties, and provide technical advice for problem resolution. Work collaboratively to overcome obstacles, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and trust.

  • Fiscal:Track project expenditures and installation progress through status reports prepared by project personnel. Modify schedules and plans as needed and maintain full financial accountability. Utilize proactive problem-solving to address financial trends and risks, ensuring continuous improvement.

  • Quality:Maintain project quality by conducting worksite inspections and ensuring adherence to required quality standards. Embrace a culture of safety and improvement to deliver exceptional outcomes.

  • Customer Service:Provide flexible, professional support to all customers and personnel, ensuring timely follow-up on concerns and issues. Foster a collaborative environment that prioritizes customer satisfaction and trust.

  • 5 years Project Management - security industry (preferred) or new construction experience.

Preferred

Certifications preferredor ability to acquire certification within 6 months of employment in the position.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $97,000-146,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
