Job OverviewThe Security Program Manager will work directly with the Security Operations team and the Head of Security Operations to lead, scale, and mature core security programs. This role bridges strategic vision and day-to-day execution-building out program frameworks, driving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring operational excellence.
Responsibilities- Program Leadership & Strategy: Partner with the Head of Security Operations to build, scale, and manage long-term security program roadmaps, strategic initiatives, and team OKRs.
- Operational Execution & Oversight: Provide governance and structural framework for physical security programs; track milestones, measure performance impact, and proactively resolve risks and blockers.
- Team & Resource Direction: Direct day-to-day priorities, logistics, and task assignments for Project Coordinators and project support team members.
- Reporting & Executive Metrics: Synthesize complex security and operational data into executive-level status reports, performance metrics, Monthly Readouts, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Portfolio & Tool Optimization: Manage and optimize enterprise tracking platforms (specifically Asana) to maintain complete visibility into program health, timelines, and deliverables.
- Standards & Compliance: Establish and standardize workflows aligned with industry frameworks (e.g., ASIS, ISO); manage organizational compliance and specialized physical security onboarding programs.
- Security Awareness: Oversee the development and management of internal security awareness programs to educate the workforce on physical security standards.
- Innovation & AI Integration: Drive the research and practical integration of generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini, NotebookLM) and automated workflows to increase team velocity and efficiency.
- Operational Handover: Ensure rigorous documentation and internal controls for smooth operational handovers of completed programs to client management.
- Financial & Vendor Operations: Oversee contract and financial administration, including POs, SOWs, and NDAs, using enterprise procurement tools (Ironclad, Salesforce, Ariba).
Qualifications- Experience: 5+ years in program management, security operations, or leading cross-functional operational programs.
- Location & Travel: Based in California (remote) with the ability to work on-site at the Mountain View, CA office as needed.
- Tools & Systems: Strong proficiency in Asana and enterprise procurement platforms (Ironclad, Salesforce, Ariba, or similar).
- AI & Automation: Experience applying generative AI tools (Gemini, NotebookLM, etc.) and automated workflows to streamline operations.
- Security Standards: Working knowledge of physical security standards and operational frameworks (e.g., ASIS, ISO).
- Leadership & Communication: Excellent communication skills with experience presenting program metrics and status to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
CompensationEstimated Pay Range: The estimated pay range for this position is USD $130,000/Yr. - USD $155,000/Yr. This is an exempt role.
