Full Job Description
We are seeking a Construction Sales Representative to drive pipeline growth and market expansion across Western Canada.

What will you do?

In this role, you'll lead sales efforts across the construction channel and help grow our Secure Power business. You will:

  • Build strong partnerships with contractors, consulting engineers, and distributors
  • Identify and develop opportunities within design-build projects and construction tenders
  • Collaborate with internal teams and service partners to drive product specification and adoption
  • Lead sales conversations and present solutions to technical and executive stakeholders
  • Manage your sales pipeline and forecast to meet or exceed targets
  • Take a consultative approach to understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
  • Expand Schneider Electric's presence by uncovering new revenue opportunities within your network


What qualifications will make you successful?

  • 10+ years of experience in sales within the construction, power, or technical solutions space
  • Proven success in developing new business and closing deals
  • Experience working with channel partners (distributors, contractors, or resellers)
  • Strong network within the construction or infrastructure ecosystem
  • Ability to work independently and manage a regional territory
  • Confidence presenting to a wide range of audiences, including leadership teams
  • A degree or diploma is helpful, but we value equivalent experience just as much
  • Ability to travel between 25-50% within Alberta and Manitoba territory

The expected pay range is CAD 129,600 - CAD 172,800 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives.
