Sea Logistics Implementation Project Manager
As a National Sea Logistics Implementation Project Manager, you will lead complex, customer-facing implementation projects across Kuehne+Nagel's U.S. Sea Logistics network. You will manage projects from initial scope and planning through go-live, stabilization, and handoff, working closely with customers, operational teams, technical teams, and stakeholders across multiple countries.
This is a national U.S. role that may be based at a Kuehne+Nagel location across the country. The position generally follows an eight-hour workday, but because projects involve global teams, occasional early morning or later meetings may be necessary to accommodate European and Asian time zones. Project Managers have flexibility in managing their schedules around those meetings. The team also experiences a higher-volume implementation season, typically from April through June, and the role requires approximately 20% domestic travel.
This is a highly collaborative role for someone who can take ownership of a project, keep multiple teams aligned, manage risks and deadlines, and confidently lead stakeholders without direct authority.
