Scrum Master / Information Security - Technical Program ManagerPosition OverviewWe are seeking experienced Information Security Technical Program Managers to lead the delivery of complex cybersecurity initiatives across multiple workstreams. This role is responsible for driving large-scale Information Security programs, managing risks and dependencies, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of key security capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple Information Security programs and projects.
- Develop and manage integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Coordinate efforts across Architecture, Risk, Engineering, Operations, Technology, and business teams.
- Manage project risks, issues, impediments, and escalation activities.
- Drive execution across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Facilitate project planning, requirements, design, testing, implementation, and project closure activities.
- Track interdependencies across programs and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Provide status reporting and executive-level communications.
- Manage virtual and onsite teams across multiple geographic locations and time zones.
- Support business case development, change management, financial approvals, and governance activities.
- Contribute beyond traditional project management responsibilities when needed, including supporting production management, testing, analysis, and delivery functions.
Required Qualifications- 15+ years of professional experience within banking, financial services, consulting, software organizations, or related industries.
- 15+ years of project or program management experience leading large, complex technology initiatives.
- 5+ years of Information Security or Cybersecurity experience.
- Experience delivering large Information Security programs and projects.
- Experience managing multiple project managers and workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong program, portfolio, and project management capabilities.
- Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Proven ability to drive projects and influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing programs valued at $1M or greater.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and drive execution independently.
