Full Job Description
  • We are seeking a Scrum Master who actively utilizes Generative AI tools and promotes the use of all available resources to ensure effective and efficient project execution and deliverables.
  • Demonstrated experience in project planning tracking execution and closure activities.
  • Facilitate and provide support to the team in Agile ceremonies like the sprint planning meeting the daily standup meeting the sprint review meeting and the sprint retrospective meeting.
  • Address and resolve team impediments.
  • Stakeholder management Collaboration with various business and IT stakeholders with teams spanning multiple geographies.
  • Proficient in Risk issue and dependency management.
  • Proficient in Project financial and budget management with proven track records of delivering projects within budgeted parameters.
  • Working experience with at least 10 team members in corresponding Agile team.
  • Able to support the team in preparing user stories from epics.
  • Make sure team is following Scrum framework values and Agile practices.
  • Mentoring and motivating teams to improve processes.
  • Help the team in decision making scenarios as well as provide regular constructive feedback to the team.


The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 78,000 to 102,000.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
