- We are seeking a Scrum Master who actively utilizes Generative AI tools and promotes the use of all available resources to ensure effective and efficient project execution and deliverables.
- Demonstrated experience in project planning tracking execution and closure activities.
- Facilitate and provide support to the team in Agile ceremonies like the sprint planning meeting the daily standup meeting the sprint review meeting and the sprint retrospective meeting.
- Address and resolve team impediments.
- Stakeholder management Collaboration with various business and IT stakeholders with teams spanning multiple geographies.
- Proficient in Risk issue and dependency management.
- Proficient in Project financial and budget management with proven track records of delivering projects within budgeted parameters.
- Working experience with at least 10 team members in corresponding Agile team.
- Able to support the team in preparing user stories from epics.
- Make sure team is following Scrum framework values and Agile practices.
- Mentoring and motivating teams to improve processes.
- Help the team in decision making scenarios as well as provide regular constructive feedback to the team.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 78,000 to 102,000.
