Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects is currently seeking a Scheduling Operations Manager to support our Railroad Field Services team. We are looking for a candidate with great communication skills who enjoys working with a team in a fast-paced environment.

This role is focused on leading complex scheduling operations, coordinating utility inspections and railroad flagging activities, and ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. As the Scheduling Operations Manager, you will serve as the central point of coordination between internal teams, railroad personnel, contractors, clients, and third-party flagging vendors, driving communication, resolving operational challenges, and maintaining alignment across multiple stakeholders. This is an opportunity to leverage your leadership, operational expertise, and strategic problem-solving skills to optimize scheduling processes, support critical infrastructure projects, and help ensure the successful delivery of work that keeps railroad and utility operations moving forward.

Essential Job Functions:

Pay Range:

  • $70-$80/hr.
