Sol Systems is seeking a full-time Scheduling Associate. We are seeking an individual to build, analyze, maintain, and evaluate project schedules in all phases of the solar project lifecycle, with a focus on projects in development. This role will support Sol Systems' utility scale business.
Key Responsibilities:- Build project schedules with input from Project Developers who lead project management of projects until construction.
- Track progress of individual tasks weekly by integrating input from Project Developer and Subject Matter Experts.
- Analyze development schedules, helping identify risks, changes in the critical path, and other changes during construction.
- Work alongside Project Developer to identify and report risks to key milestones based on actual vs scheduled progress.
- Manage Level 1 through Level 4 schedules depending on the audience and the stage of development.
- Be one of Sol's subject matter experts in scheduling.
A successful candidate will possess the following competencies, skills, and attributes: - BA/BS in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or an equivalent field
- More than one year experience of working with a project scheduling software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera and using Critical Path Method
- PMP Certification is ideal
- Experience working in renewable project development or construction is a plus
Location & Hours: This is a full-time hybrid role that will be based in our Washington, DC office.
Commitment & Compensation: The base salary for this role is between $80,000 and $110,000 annually, depending on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the position.
