A Snapshot of Your Day This request is for a replacement SCADA Network Engineer within the Onshore Wind Power Aftermarket team. As a Specialist Professional (P4), this role is vital for the strategic planning and design of network infrastructure to ensure the long-term reliability and performance of SCADA systems for operational wind farms in North America. To meet these objectives, this role focuses on three core areas: advanced network architecture and design specific to SCADA environments, proactive system lifecycle management and optimization, and expert-level technical support and leadership. This structure ensures a comprehensive approach, covering strategic planning, implementation, and the ongoing maintenance required for complex industrial control networks. Given the focus on network integrity and performance, the ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in network architecture, advanced routing protocols like BGP, and both LAN/WAN technologies. A strong background in the engineering design process, coupled with proven analytical and troubleshooting abilities for managing complex technical projects, is essential for success in this senior professional capacity.
