Job Description:We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Saviynt Consultant with deep expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and the Saviynt platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-scale Saviynt solutions across complex environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Saviynt IGA solutions.
- Configure and customize Saviynt workflows, access requests, certifications, provisioning, and role management.
- Integrate Saviynt with enterprise applications, directories, HR systems, and cloud platforms.
- Drive identity governance initiatives, ensuring compliance and security best practices.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define IAM strategies and deliver scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Experience:- Extensive hands-on experience with the Saviynt platform.
- Strong expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).
- Experience with Saviynt implementations, integrations, upgrades, and production support.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, LDAP, SSO, MFA, and provisioning concepts.
- Experience integrating with enterprise applications and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior team members.
Preferred:- Saviynt certifications.
- Experience in large enterprise or regulated environments.
