Role Summary
We are seeking a Test Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Tricentis Tosca and SAP testing to support enterprise-scale transformation and integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated test assets, validating end-to-end business processes, and ensuring high-quality delivery across SAP and integrated enterprise applications.
Your role
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca for functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Create reusable automation modules, libraries, and data-driven test assets to improve test coverage and efficiency.
- Automate critical business workflows and complex end-to-end test scenarios aligned with business requirements.
- Execute automated test suites, analyze test results, and troubleshoot failures through detailed root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with business analysts, functional teams, and developers to validate integrations across SAP and connected systems.
- Support defect tracking, triage, and lifecycle management while ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Maintain test documentation, traceability matrices, and automation best practices to support quality assurance objectives.
Your skills and experience
- 5+ years of overall experience in Quality Engineering and Software Testing.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience developing automated test solutions using Tricentis Tosca.
- Experience testing SAP applications with expertise in at least one functional area such as Order-to-Cash (OTC), Record-to-Report (RTR), or Plan-to-Stock.
- Strong knowledge of integration testing methodologies and validation of end-to-end business processes.
- Experience designing data-driven and parameterized automation frameworks and test scenarios.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills with the ability to identify root causes efficiently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional enterprise environments.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Tricentis Tosca Automation Specialist Certification.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or transformation programs.
- Knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, or ERP modernization initiatives.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise application integration projects.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and test management tools.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $68,911 - $161,544.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
