- 2-4 years of experience working with SAP in a QA, testing, support, or functional capacity.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Preferred skills: Retail industry domain experience

The role will support the QualityAI automation team by helping clarify SAP-related process questions, defects, issues, and follow-up items with client SMEs.
Responsibilities- Work with the QualityAI automation team to understand SAP-related questions, defects, and issues.
- Coordinate with client SMEs to obtain clarification and answers.
- Document responses clearly and share them back with the automation team.
- Help ensure open questions and dependencies are resolved so testing and automation work can continue smoothly.
