Job Description:
Exp- 12+
- nalyze and document end-to-end MRO business processes, including maintenance planning, spare parts management, procurement, and inventory control
- bility to facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with maintenance, supply chain, procurement, and operations teams
- bility to translate business needs into clear functional requirements and process flows
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder communication skills
- Support change management, user training, and documentation development
- Strong understanding of:
- MRO processes and best practices
- SAP PM, MM and SD functionality related to MRO
- Spare parts management and maintenance planning
- RICEFW objects
- Integration of SAP with 3rd party systems
- Hands-on experience in SAP ECC implementation and support projects
- Experience or exposure to iMRO or similar MRO optimization platforms
