Functional & Technical Expertise
• Provide L2/L3 support, maintenance, enhancements, and continuous improvement for SAP EPPM & EAM processes . Ensure stable production operations, compliance labeling, and seamless integration with manufacturing and supply chain processes. Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities
SAP EAM consultant
1. Minimum 5+ years of strong functional consulting, solutioning experience in SAP S/4HANA EAM, preferably SAP certified
2. Good solution design capability
3. Hands on experience with configuration and blueprinting of solution
4. Good knowledge of solution architecture and process flow
5. Expertise in EAM Business Processes, BNAC, MoC, Master Data related EAM, Cross Stream Integration with S2P, FICO, QM, WM
6. Minimum of two end-to-end EAM implementations, including hands-on design and configuration.
7. Functional/technical proficiency with full lifecycle SAP implementations/rollouts
8. Capability to drive and execute Data Migration for EAM Objects
SAP EPPM Consultant
1. Minimum 2 or more full life cycle implementations of SAP would be considered an asset
Project system with CAPEX project cycle including CPM (Commercial Project Management) and PPM (Portfolio Project Management).
2. SAP PS experience
AMS Operations
Manage SLA and KPI compliance.
Handle incident, problem, change, and service request processes as per ITIL.
Conduct ticket trend analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare weekly/monthly service reports.
Participate in on-call and hypercare support when required.

Salary Range: $140,000- $170,000 a year
