Skill: AWS Cloud Technical Lead
Key Responsibilities:
Cloud Architecture & Design
- Design end-to-end AWS cloud architectures for PaaS, IaaS, and Hybrid workloads.
- Define reference architectures for GenAI, document intelligence, OCR, and underwriting platforms.
- Architect scalable solutions using
- Amazon ECS / EKS / Fargate (containers)
- Amazon EC2 (VMs).
- Amazon ECR (container registry).
- Amazon S3 (object storage).
- Amazon RDS / Aurora / PostgreSQL (databases).
- Drive cloud design reviews, architecture sign-offs, and technical governance.
- Capable of designing and implementing secure connectivity between AWS and Azure cloud environments
Security & Compliance:
Design secure architectures using:
- AWS IAM (Identity & Access Management), Roles, Policies, MFA.
- AWS Secrets Manager / KMS for secrets and encryption.
- Amazon VPC, Security Groups, NACLs, Private Subnets.
- AWS WAF with Application Load Balancer (ALB).
- Ensure compliance with BFSI regulations, SOC2, GDPR, PII data protection, and internal security policies.
- Work with cybersecurity teams on threat modeling, VNET isolation, and zero-trust patterns.
DevOps & Operations:
- Define DevOps and CI/CD strategies using AWS CodeCommit, CodeBuild, CodePipeline / Jenkins / Git.
- Containerization and deployment using ECS / EKS + ECR + Fargate.
- Integrate monitoring and observability using Amazon CloudWatch (logs, metrics, alerts).
- Define DR, backup, high availability, and resiliency patterns (RTO/RPO) using Multi-AZ deployments, backups (RDS snapshots, S3 lifecycle).
- GenAI & Advanced Services (Good to Have).
- Architect solutions using Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services (Document Intelligence, Computer Vision), Amazon Textract (OCR/document processing).
- Design secure GenAI pipelines with controlled data usage and no client data leakage.
- Support AI workloads running on ECS/EKS/App services with monitoring and cost controls.
- Stakeholder & Delivery Collaboration.
- Partner with Product Owners, SMEs, and business users to translate requirements into cloud designs.
- Support presales, RFP responses, architecture walkthroughs, and client discussions.
- Provide technical guidance to development and infrastructure teams.

- Storage & Database: Amazon S3, EFS, Amazon RDS / Aurora / PostgreSQL.
- DevOps & Monitoring: Amazon ECR and AWS AWS CloudWatch Security & Identity.
- Image build and scanning using AWS ECR Inspector.
Architecture & Delivery:
- Cloud design patterns, microservices, containerization.
- Experience with large-scale enterprise and BFSI solutions.
- Strong knowledge of NFRs (Performance, Security, Scalability).
Salary Range - $100,000-$130,000 a year
