Job Title: SAP Developer / Global Support Manager (Treasury) (10622)
Location: Columbia, SC (Fully Remote)
Duration: 12 Months (Extension Possible)

Key Responsibilities- Provide SAP functional expertise to the SCEIS Treasury Team
- Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Develop business blueprint documents and functional design specifications
- Configure SAP Treasury modules including:
- Investment Management
- Cash Management
- Debt Management
- Collaborate with ABAP, BASIS, and reporting teams for development and testing
- Design and support reports, dashboards, and data structures
- Create test cases, scenarios, and training materials
- Support integration with banks, brokers, and financial institutions
- Participate in S/4HANA upgrade initiatives
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for business and IT teams
- Ensure adherence to best practices and SAP standards
- Work with stakeholders to validate and finalize solutions
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in:
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Engineering
- Mathematics or related field
- 10+ years of SAP implementation experience
- Experience implementing SAP Investment/Treasury modules in at least 4 large organizations
- At least 1 must be a public sector (State/Federal/County) client
- Strong experience in:
- SAP Treasury & Investment configuration
- Business blueprint development
- Functional design documentation
- Expertise in:
- Cash Management
- Debt Management
- Treasury processes
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience with:
- SAP reporting & analytics
- Interfaces with banks and financial systems
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications - Master's Degree
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations
- Prior experience working with government/public sector projects
- Experience in training and knowledge transfer
