Key Responsibilities - Provide SAP Basis architecture and administration services for enterprise SAP environments
- Design, install, configure, test, and maintain SAP and third-party software components
- Lead SAP Fiori Launchpad and Gateway implementation, administration, and troubleshooting efforts
- Perform SAP software installations, upgrades, support package implementations, and enhancement pack deployments
- Manage system copies, client refreshes, transport management, and change requests
- Conduct system performance analysis, workload monitoring, database tuning, and health checks
- Perform impact analysis for new SAP releases and enhancements
- Establish and maintain SAP OSS and EarlyWatch services
- Support multi-landscape SAP environments and virtualization technologies (VMware)
- Interface SAP ECC applications with SAP Fiori Launchpad, SAP Apps, and Web Dynpro
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, documentation, training, and knowledge transfer
- Develop implementation roadmaps, best practices, and testing strategies for SAP solutions
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams across the SCEIS organization
- Prepare work estimates and support project implementations across the SAP landscape
