Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Define enterprise Data & Analytics strategy, roadmap, and architecture.
Architect solutions using SAP BDC, Datasphere, BW, SAC, Power BI, Databricks platforms
Design data ingestion, virtualization, replication, semantic modeling, and data product architectures
Establish governance, security, performance, and data quality standards
Lead AMS operations including incident management, continuous improvement, automation, and platform optimization
Drive new developments, modernization programs, PoCs, and innovation initiatives
Define reporting and analytics architecture across SAP and non-SAP reporting tools
Provide architectural guidance to business, delivery, and technical teams
Roles & Responsibilities
• Own the end-to-end architecture for SAP Data & Analytics platforms, including SAP BW, SAP Datasphere, SAP HANA Cloud, Power BI, BAS, and analytics-related SAP technologies.
• Define and govern data architecture standards, data models, semantic layers, integration frameworks, and reporting solutions.
• Lead solution design and architecture reviews for enhancements, projects, incidents, and change requests.
• Provide architecture guidance for data warehousing, analytics, reporting, and dashboard solutions across Tennant business processes.
• Design and optimize data integration, replication, and transformation processes between SAP and non-SAP applications.
• Ensure platform scalability, performance, data quality, security, and operational stability across the Data & Analytics landscape.
• Act as the highest level technical escalation point for complex production incidents, problem management, and root cause analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, analytics modernization, and adoption of SAP data and analytics best practices
• Review and approve technical designs, development standards, and deployment plans to ensure architectural compliance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, AMS delivery teams, and Tennant's Data & Analytics organization to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Lead architecture governance, participate in service reviews, and support change, release, and risk management activities.
• Mentor technical teams and provide leadership on SAP BW, Datasphere, HANA, Fiori, Power BI, and analytics technologies.

Salary Range: $140,000 - $160,000 per year
