Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of SAP functional experience with hands-on configuration
• Proficient in SAP Basis and system administration
• Familiar with Windows OS and Oracle database
• Experience in SAP user maintenance and compliance documentation
• Skilled in requirements gathering and process design
• Knowledgeable in BAPI, IDOC, BDC, LSMW interfaces
• Basic understanding of ABAP programming language
• Proven organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and define SAP configuration settings
• Coordinate with system analysts and SAP functional leads for cross-functional changes
• Apply methodologies to install and document software changes
• Modify and validate system configuration and master data
• Oversee custom code development ensuring SAP upgradeability
• Train end-users on SAP functionalities
• Provide second level support and troubleshoot SAP issues
• Collaborate with users and IT personnel on business critical projects
• Lead project planning, budgeting, and execution activities
• Integrate point solution technologies and establish RF capabilities with SAP.
