Architecture & Solution Design
Define and govern enterprise Marketing Cloud architecture, data models, integration patterns, and best practices.
Design scalable solutions for multi-business unit, multi-brand, and multi-org environments.
Establish standards for:
Contact & subscriber management
Consent & preference management
Audience segmentation
Data governance
Security & access controls
Asset organization
Drive future-state roadmap and platform expansion initiatives.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expertise
Architect solutions across:
Email Studio
Journey Builder
Automation Studio
Content Builder
Mobile Studio
CloudPages
Distributed Marketing
Develop reusable customer journey frameworks and campaign execution models.
Enable advanced personalization using AMPscript, Dynamic Content, Personalization Strings, and Data Extensions.
Marketing Cloud Advanced & Data Cloud
Design customer engagement solutions leveraging:
Data Cloud
Einstein AI capabilities
Advanced segmentation
Real-time activation
Identity resolution
Customer 360 use cases
Establish customer profile unification and data governance strategies.
Develop audience activation approaches across multiple channels.
Integration & Data Architecture
Design and oversee integrations between:

Govern contact models, subscriber key strategies, shared data models, preference management, and data frameworks.
Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM, and internal security standards.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Act as trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders.
Lead discovery workshops and solution design sessions.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures.
Mentor developers, administrators, and consultants.
Provide design reviews, technical governance, project planning, risk management, and roadmap guidance.

Ideal Candidate Profile
A senior Salesforce marketing technology leader who can define enterprise architecture, govern best practices, design scalable customer engagement ecosystems, integrate Salesforce platforms, leverage Data Cloud and AI capabilities, and guide teams in delivering secure, compliant, and data-driven marketing solutions at scale.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082-$193,440.
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
