Job Title: Salesforce Technical Architect with Agentforce
Job Location: Edison, NJ
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Agentforce Technical Architect to lead the architecture design and implementation of AIpowered Salesforce solutions leveraging Agentforce Data Cloud Einstein AI and Salesforce Platform capabilities The ideal candidate will define scalable architecture establish technical standards and drive the successful delivery of enterprisegrade Agentforce implementations across multiple Salesforce clouds and integrated ecosystems
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for Salesforce Agentforce implementations
Define Agentforce architecture including agents topics actions prompts instructions guardrails and AI governance frameworks
Design scalable and secure solutions across Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud Data Cloud and Agentforce
Architect integrations between Salesforce external applications AI services APIs and enterprise systems
Establish best practices for prompt engineering agent orchestration grounding observability and AI response validation
Provide technical leadership to developers tech leads and project teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
Conduct architecture reviews code reviews and technical design assessments
Ensure adherence to Salesforce security data privacy compliance scalability and performance standards
Collaborate with business stakeholders product owners and enterprise architects to align technical solutions with business objectives
Support presales activities solution estimates technical proposals and architectural roadmaps
Required Skills
10 years of Salesforce experience with 3 years in Architect or Lead Architect roles
Hands-on expertise in Salesforce Agentforce Einstein AI Prompt Builder and AI driven solutions
Strong knowledge of Apex Lightning Web Components LWC Flows SOQL and Salesforce Platform architecture
Experience designing solutions using Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud and Data Cloud
Deep understanding of Agentforce agents grounding prompt templates actions AI governance and security controls
Strong integration architecture experience using REST SOAP Platform Events MuleSoft and middleware platforms
Experience with largescale enterprise Salesforce implementations and digital transformation programs
Knowledge of DevOps processes and tools including Git Copado Gearset and Azure DevOps
Preferred Skills
Experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation RAG AI orchestration and conversational AI architectures
Exposure to enterprise data architecture Data Cloud and customer data platforms
Understanding of responsible AI compliance security and governance frameworks
Experience with multi-cloud Salesforce environments and complex integration landscapes
