Responsibilities:
• Architectural Assessment & Optimization: Conduct end-to-end evaluation of the existing Data 360 (Data Cloud) implementation. Identify bottlenecks in identity resolution, data ingestion pipelines, and calculated insights; formulate and execute optimization strategies.
• Solution Design & Technical Governance: Design scalable, enterprise-grade architecture for Data 360, aligning Sales Transformation and RCA Migration requirements with Salesforce best practices.
• Data Ingestion & Integration: Configure and optimize batch and streaming ingestion connectors. Establish integration flows connecting enterprise sources (S3,Snowflake, MuleSoft, BigQuery, Kafka) to Data 360 via Zero Copy and standard ingestion frameworks.
• Data Modeling & Architecture: Map incoming source data streams (DDS) to Data Model Objects (DMOs) using the Cloud Information Model (CIM) and custom schema structures.
• Agentforce Integration: Design and configure Data 360 as the foundational context and grounding layer for Agentforce, enabling real-time data access, vector embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Hands-on Execution & Build: Pivot seamlessly from high-level architecture design to hands-on configuration, DataWeave transformations, segment creation, calculated insights, and API integrations.
Required Expertise & Skills
• Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud): Deep architectural and practical experience with Data 360 / Data Cloud.
• Data 360 for Agentforce: Direct experience configuring Data 360 data layers to ground Agentforce AI agents with trusted enterprise data.
• Data Ingestion & Integration: Proven capability in configuring standard/custom connectors, real-time streaming, batch ingestion, and Zero Copy data architecture.
• Data Modeling: Proficiency with Data Model Objects (DMOs), Data Stream Objects (DSOs), and identity resolution rulesets.
• Data Architecture & Management: Hands-on experience with identity resolution, data harmonization, governance, security modeling, and enterprise data flows.
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $80.00 - $100.00 per hour
