Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Proven expertise in architecture design and implementation of Salesforce solutions
• Experience with Copado for deployment management
• Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs, Visualforce, Lightning, and integration/ETL technologies
• Proven leadership experience managing a team of developers

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3-5 developers in Salesforce Sales and Service cloud projects
• Recommend innovative solutions to align with client requirements
• Explain technical trade-offs in solution options clearly
• Design and implement complex, secure, and scalable applications
• Configure Salesforce solutions using various tools and technologies
• Conduct PoC development and feasibility assessments
• Participate in architecture reviews and technical discussions
• Address technical challenges in infrastructure and architecture
• Evaluate and improve existing workflows and processes
• Troubleshoot critical incidents in production environments
• Promote best practices for Salesforce deployment and release management
