Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise architecture, large-scale system integration, Salesforce platform architecture, data architecture, API integrations, and MuleSoft. This role will provide technical leadership and governance across Salesforce development teams while ensuring solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, integration, and delivery standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and lead Salesforce solution architecture for enterprise-scale applications and platforms.
• Design scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements and enterprise architecture standards.
• Develop and govern Salesforce data architecture, integration patterns, and API strategies.
• Design and support integrations using REST, SOAP, Bulk API, and other Salesforce integration capabilities.
• Develop and maintain enterprise integration solutions using MuleSoft.
• Lead Salesforce development teams and provide technical direction, architectural guidance, and governance.
• Establish and enforce Salesforce development standards, architecture principles, and best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, developers, integration teams, and technical leadership to define effective solutions.
• Support large-scale system integration initiatives across Salesforce and enterprise platforms.
• Participate in Agile delivery processes and provide technical guidance throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Support DevOps, CI/CD, and automated Salesforce deployment practices using tools such as Copado.
• Review technical designs, development approaches, integrations, and deployment strategies to ensure quality and maintainability.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and architectural challenges and drive appropriate resolutions.
• Ensure Salesforce solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of professional IT experience.
• Extensive experience in Salesforce Solution Architecture.
• Strong enterprise architecture and large-scale system integration experience.
• Deep Salesforce platform expertise, including Salesforce data architecture and integration capabilities.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce APIs, including REST API, SOAP API, and Bulk API.
• Hands-on MuleSoft integration experience.
• Experience leading Salesforce development teams and providing technical governance.
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies.
• Strong background with DevOps, Copado, and CI/CD practices.
• Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Salesforce Certifications are required.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions.
• Experience delivering Salesforce solutions within large enterprise or complex organizational environments.
• Experience with enterprise integration architecture and API-led connectivity.
• Experience establishing Salesforce architecture standards, reusable patterns, and governance frameworks.
