Job DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?The Salesforce Senior Administrator, is responsible for assisting with org configuration, support, and integrations for RBC Wealth Management Canada (WMC).
Reporting to the Head, Relationship Management & Solutions, this role is accountable for being a key contributing member of RBC WMC. This role acts as the senior administrator for our Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementation as we drive towards the cutting edge of Salesforce innovation and continue to enhance the platform for all of WMC.
What will you do?- Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements and company goals
- Consult with all company stakeholders on new requirements and optimization of existing capabilities on the Salesforce platform.
- Utilize your knowledge of Salesforce Lightning and Flow Builder to improve page layout and user UI issues. (work flows, reports, dashboards)
- Develop priority Reports and Analytics to drive business decision making and operational processes.
- Coordinate with the broader WMC CRM Product Team (Technology) to ensure configuration and development are conducted with no code conflicts
- Support the business with ongoing product enhancements and feature development (configuration based) for major releases
- Work closely with the IT Team on the implementation of change management best practices.
- Support the business with overall change management initiatives to ensure proper adoption of the Salesforce platform
- Communicate operational procedures and best practices with useful documentation and training for new and existing users.
- Proactively identify and convey timely Salesforce-related information to our employees.
- Effectively communicates and builds rapport with team members, stakeholders and business partners using a variety of techniques and collaboration from initiation to close. Resolves conflicts/issues of medium complexity and escalates others as appropriate.
- Actively participate in weekly project status meetings and ensure assigned tasks are completed on time to support project deliverables.
Must-have- 3+ years Salesforce Admin experience (org size over 500 users)
- Strong knowledge of Sales and Service Cloud
- Experience with different deployment techniques such as VCS/CI/CD (e.g., GIT, BitBucket, Urban Code)
- Hands on experience with Salesforce Automation tools as, Flow Builder, Approval Processes
- Certifications - Salesforce Certified Admin, Salesforce Platform App Builder
Nice-to-have- Development of Lightning Web Components is an asset
- Financial Services Cloud experience is an asset
- Prior Financial Services work experience
- Einstein Analytics/Discovery experience (tableau)

Pay RangeThe expected pay range for this position is:
$67,000.00 - $110,000.00
