Responsibilities / Job description:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand Salesforce and SAP integration requirements
Design and develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for end-to-end testing of integrated systems
Execute manual and automated tests to validate data synchronization, functionality, and performance across Salesforce and SAP platforms
Identify and log defects in a clear and concise manner, working closely with development teams to resolve issues
Create and maintain test data sets that reflect real-world scenarios and ensure thorough test coverage
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and integration specialists to ensure seamless data flow and system stability
Perform regression testing, smoke testing, and compatibility testing to validate the impact of changes on integrated systems
Participate in test automation efforts to enhance the efficiency of integration testing
Provide regular status updates on testing progress and communicate any risks or delays to project stakeholders
Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and best practices
