Qualifications

• Strong organizational, consulting, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• 3 to 5+ years of client-facing Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
• Knowledge of Enterprise 2.0 accounts and Marketing Cloud features.
• Deep understanding of data structures and integration with SFMC.
• Hands-on experience in designing Automations and Life-cycle journeys in SFMC.
• Proficient in AMPscript and SQL.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification is a plus.
• Experience with additional Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, etc.) is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients from various systems to Marketing Cloud.
• Audit existing SFMC accounts for optimization.
• Maintain client relationships to address ongoing SFMC needs.
• Provide technical expertise and thought leadership to clients.
• Advocate for reusable architecture assets to enhance efficiency.
• Lead technical teams across US and international projects.
• Manage multiple projects effectively, showcasing organizational skills.
