Summary

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and enhance scalable solutions across Sales, Service, and Revenue Cloud (CPQ). The role focuses on building custom applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components, integrating Salesforce with external systems, and ensuring high performance, quality, and best practices in a dynamic enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, (LWC), and Flow.
  • Collaborate with other developers, architects, and consultants to implement best practices in Salesforce development.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce coding standards and best practices.
  • Provide day-to-day end-user support via issue resolution
  • Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering Salesforce Solutions.
  • Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot robust system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) between Salesforce and external platforms.
  • Assess the impacts of new requirements on our highly customized Salesforce.com environment to ensure system stability and performance.
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare the environment for Salesforce seasonal upgrades.
  • Design, implement, and maintain processes and automation for strict governance and compliance purposes.


Critical Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of proven, hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer in a complex, fast-paced enterprise environment.
  • Deep functional and technical knowledge of Revenue Cloud (Salesforce CPQ & Billing), Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
  • Strong experience designing, building, and maintaining third-party integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and enterprise middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft).
  • Proficiency in writing clean, scalable code using Apex (classes, triggers, batch processing), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I required. Additional certifications (e.g., CPQ Specialist, Platform Developer II, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant) are highly desired.


Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
