Qualifications

• 6+ years of Salesforce functional delivery experience, with a focus on Consumer Goods Cloud.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator and Sales Cloud Consultant credentials.
• In-depth understanding of CPG retail processes including route-to-market and merchandising.
• Proficient in configuring various Salesforce tools such as Visit Plans and Task Templates.
• Experience in end-to-end deployment of Consumer Goods Cloud Retail Execution solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and facilitate workshops with sales and trade marketing teams.
• Define and validate territory management and account segmentation models.
• Own functional design documentation and oversee UAT planning.
• Conduct defect triage and ensure resolution on functional issues.
• Coordinate Salesforce configurations related to retail execution strategies.
