The Work: ICF seeks an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to support the phased implementation of an enterprise grants management platform. The work includes modernizing the full grants lifecycle using Salesforce Agentforce Public Sector, integrating with government and legacy systems, and delivering capabilities through an Agile methodology.

Job Location: Remote, within the U.S.

What You Will Do:

• Engage government stakeholders and program offices to analyze current grants processes, identify pain points, and define requirements across the grants lifecycle.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and system requirements supporting configuration-first development using Salesforce Agentforce Public Sector.
• Facilitate requirements sessions and document common enterprise capabilities and program-specific variations.
• Prioritize and refine the product backlog with stakeholders, architects, developers, testers, and product leadership.
• Document process flows, requirements, business rules, data needs, integration requirements, user guides, and release-readiness artifacts.
• Support integrations and data exchanges with governmentwide, financial, identity, analytics, and legacy program systems.
• Assist with user demonstrations, acceptance testing, training, and adoption activities.
• Contribute to security, privacy, records management, Section 508, and Authority to Operate documentation.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, demonstrations, and retrospectives.
• Support lifecycle and release-readiness reviews by confirming requirements traceability, stakeholder approval, and completion of required deliverables.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of information technology or business analysis experience, including experience supporting at least one Salesforce implementation.
• 3+ years of experience gathering and documenting requirements, developing user stories and acceptance criteria, mapping business processes, and supporting backlog refinement.
• 3+ years of experience using Agile delivery tools, such as Jira or Trello, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Associate's degree
• Ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States. All work must be performed within the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, public administration, or a related field.
• Experience supporting federal government clients and enterprise modernization initiatives.
• Knowledge of federal grants management processes and the grants lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Agentforce Public Sector and configuration-first implementation approaches.
• Salesforce Business Analyst or Administrator certification, or meaningful Salesforce Trailhead achievement.
• Experience supporting federal security, privacy, accessibility, records management, and ATO requirements.
• Experience with data mapping, migration, reconciliation, and integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Familiarity with human-centered design, user acceptance testing, and organizational change management.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$67,355.00 - $138,549.00
