Job Title: Salesforce Administrator / Deployment Engineer
Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to oversee our Salesforce instance and lead the deployment of new functionalities. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of configuration changes-from sandboxes to production-ensuring high-quality delivery, data integrity, and excellent user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage deployment activities across Sandboxes and Production using change sets and DevOps tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and build scalable solutions (flows, validation rules).
• Ensure data security and integrity through proper user management, profiles, and sharing rules.
• Create documentation and provide support for new system features.
Qualifications:
• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• 3+ years experience in Salesforce administration and deployment.
• Proficiency in Flow and configuration management
