About the role

As the Crunchtime Salesforce Administrator, you'll own the management, optimization, and scalability of our Salesforce environment. You'll play a key role in supporting go-to-market teams by streamlining processes, improving data integrity, and building solutions that enable performance and decision-making at scale. You'll be both a strategic thinker and hands-on problem solver who thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced setting.
What you'll do as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Serve as the Salesforce administrator supporting the Revenue organization, overseeing day-to-day platform configuration, user setup, permissioning, and data governance
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Design, build, and maintain custom objects, flows, validation rules, automation (Flows/Process Builder), and page layouts
  • Ensure data accuracy through regular audits, deduplication, and automation of data hygiene processes
  • Manage and optimize integrations with other systems in the tech stack (e.g., Gong, ZoomInfo, Lusha, ChiliPiper, Datalane, Highspot, Maxio, Spiff, etc...)
  • Maintain system documentation, workflows, and training materials for end users
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance, data integrity, and process gaps
  • Support reporting and dashboard development for sales forecasting, pipeline, and key performance metrics
  • Act as a project lead for Salesforce-related initiatives and manage relationships with external consultants when needed
  • Stay current on Salesforce releases and best practices, and proactively suggest enhancements
What we're looking for
  • 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Advanced Admin or other certifications a plus
  • Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, user management, roles/profiles, and platform automation
  • Proven experience managing integrations with tools like Gong, ZoomInfo, ChiliPiper, CPQ platforms, and others
  • Ability to gather requirements from stakeholders, design technical solutions, and communicate clearly with non-technical users
  • Proficiency in data management tools such as Data Loader, DemandTools, or similar and with automation tools such as Zapier, Plauti, or similar.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer success, and finance teams
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in a high-growth, agile environment preferred
