You will lead the strategy and execution of sales training and development for GALLO New Jersey's field teams, ensuring our Sales Representatives and Merchandisers have the skills, knowledge, and confidence to exceed goals. By partnering with Sales Leadership, Human Resources, and cross-functional stakeholders, you'll design innovative learning solutions-from onboarding and modular field coaching to advanced sales seminars-leveraging analytics, adult-learning best practices, and our GALLO University platform. Your insights will shape curriculum updates, digital learning experiences, and performance metrics that drive continuous improvement.
In this role you'll manage a team of trainers, coordinating resources, budgets, and schedules to deliver consistent, high-impact programs. You'll oversee the creation and evolution of orientation materials, pre-work assignments, manager toolkits, and assessment tools that measure skill adoption and business outcomes. By cultivating strong relationships with regional managers and field talent, you'll ensure timely feedback, recognize successes, and address performance gaps. Your leadership will foster intrapreneurship-encouraging experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and a culture of ownership that empowers every team member to innovate and learn from challenges.
Your day-to-day could include facilitating train-the-trainer sessions, reviewing module completion reports, analyzing ROI on learning initiatives, and championing diversity, equity, and inclusion in all program content and delivery.
