Job Summary

Sales Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for developing and executing the recruiting strategies and leads all activities related to the sourcing, evaluation, and selection of talent for all sales roles in the organization. This role ensures that the organization's hiring practices are applied consistently and in compliance with applicable employment legislation and regulations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Builds diverse talent pools via social branding, social media platforms, advertisements, networking and referrals.
• Knowledge in building external networks at all levels, sourcing qualified candidates for current and anticipated job openings. Utilizing multiple sources and turning candidate research into viable pipelines.
• Full-Cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and assessing candidates for specified requisitions.
• Fluent use of social media, networking sites, job boards, and diverse talent communities to shift and elevate sourcing. Crowdsources potential candidates and assists with promoting hiring events.
• Partners with leaders to source and hire high-quality candidates for leadership, managerial, professional, for the sales department, particularly Account Managers, Account Representatives, Sales Managers, Business Development, Automation Sales, etc.
• Performs as a recruiter for key staff.
• Communicates effectively with managers and candidates at all stages of the process, inclusive of facilitating employment offers, yielding acceptances.
• Understands the mission of the business units and corporate departments and their functions and people.
• Develops relationships with key vendors and external partners.
• Establishes processes and tools to evaluate application qualifications, capabilities, and experience effectively and consistently.
• Excellent customer service skills to ensure that the recruitment process creates a positive candidate experience; leverages technology effectively; constantly looks for process improvement opportunities.
• Results oriented mindset (tenacity, passion, ability to influence, and high sense of urgency).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
• Supports the company's Affirmative Action Plan through effective outreach initiatives in communities and affiliation groups to strengthen minority, female, veteran and disabled candidate pools enabling the business to sustain and achieve goals contained in the Affirmative Action Plan.
• Serves as a subject matter expert in the field of recruiting; is knowledgeable about best practices in the recruiting field; studies and identifies trends; stays abreast of new and emerging best practices and technologies; coaching managers throughout the selection process.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Passionate, gritty fueled by winning, and enjoys building broad networks.
• Minimum 4 years' experience recruiting in a high volume, fast paced, and technical-based environment.
• Enthusiastic, passionate, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of the full life cycle of recruitment with experience in successfully sourcing candidates through creative and alternate means is required.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus.
• Demonstrated and applied knowledge of all employment laws and regulations relevant to the recruiting function.
• Travel is required to job fairs and college recruitment campaigns throughout California on a periodic basis.

Geographic Disclosure

Compensation Range: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
