  • Develop sourcing strategies using CRM/ATS and market intelligence to achieve client goals.
  • Utilize talent analytics to drive decisions and report progress to stakeholders.
  • Drive optimization of workflows and improve candidate experiences through metrics.

Job Description:

The Client Lead, Talent Acquisition is the strategic partner and single point of contact for designated client groups, accountable for end-to-end hiring delivery, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement of recruitment outcomes and candidate experience. The role translates workforce plans into executable talent strategies, oversees pipelines, and ensures compliant, data-driven decisions.
  • Serve as the primary talent acquisition partner for designated client groups, building trusted advisor relationships with business leaders to influence workforce planning and hiring strategies.
  • Lead intake meetings and role calibrations to ensure alignment between business needs and talent strategies.
  • Partner closely with HR Business Partners and Compensation teams to align offers, ensure market competitiveness, and support strategic workforce initiatives.
  • Own full-cycle recruitment delivery for assigned client portfolio, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies leveraging CRM/ATS, talent pools, and market intelligence to meet client-specific goals.
  • Use talent analytics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, pipeline health) to provide insights, drive decisions, and report progress to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with EEO/OFCCP and company policies through rigorous process documentation.
  • Drive optimization of workflows, SLAs, and candidate experience (NPS/CSAT) to deliver superior outcomes for client groups.
  • Support employer branding and talent marketing initiatives for hard-to-fill roles, aligning with client priorities.
  • Mentor recruiters and coordinators; provide coaching, allocate work, and conduct quality reviews to ensure high performance across client portfolios.
  • Coordinate interview panels, guide structured interviewing, and uphold inclusive hiring practices.

Location: Spokane, WA - Hybrid, Full-Time

Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
