As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a critical role in attracting and selecting top talent through effective recruitment strategies, workforce pipeline development, strong stakeholder partnerships, and exceptional candidate experience. You will support hiring initiatives across corporate, supply chain, and manufacturing functions while building recruiting expertise, leveraging market insights, and helping deliver the talent needed to power our business.
WHAT YOU WILL DO...
• Lead or support full-cycle recruiting activities, including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer development, and candidate communications.
• Partner with hiring leaders and People & Culture teams to understand workforce needs, required capabilities, and labor market conditions.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, internal talent identification, community engagement, and external partnerships.
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate, requisition, and process documentation within applicant tracking and recruiting systems.
• Utilize recruiting metrics, labor market trends, and process data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Support recruiting projects and initiatives through data gathering, scheduling, documentation, reporting, and follow-up activities.
• Assist with routine recruiting processes while building knowledge of policies, systems, and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely communication and effective hiring outcomes.
• Contribute to workforce planning and talent pipeline strategies that support current and future business needs.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE... (MUST HAVE)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High volume exempt and non-exempt recruiting experience.
• 2+ years relevant recruiting experience
• Foundational experience in recruiting, human resources, talent acquisition, customer service, or a related field.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and labor market dynamics.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and effectively partner with stakeholders at various levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and recruiting technology platforms.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to utilize data to support decision-making and process improvements.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
• Demonstrated learning agility and commitment to continuous development.
IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE... (NICE TO HAVE)
• Experience supporting recruiting efforts in manufacturing, supply chain, operations, or corporate environments.
• Experience in Food and Beverage Services or Consumer Goods industry
Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$68,600-$102,800
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
