Sales Operations ManagerElyria, OH, United States The Job: As a
Sales Operations Manager, you'll be part of our Nelson Stud Welding Commercial Sales team working as an on-site employee. You'll get to:
- Salesforce.com (CRM) management and reporting of leads, opportunities, and pipeline
- Sales Incentive Plan tracking and reporting
- Distribution inventory management (DRP setup, Warehouse Resupply process)
- Market tracking and research
- Pricing management, including margin analysis, pricing approvals, price book, and customer specific pricing.
- Management and monitoring of order entry guidelines and policies
- Assist with marketing activities, including sales promotions, sales campaigns, trade shows, membership in industry organizations, and website design.
- Assist with product launches, program continuation, and design specific tasks.
- Assist in quoting (cost, lead time, price) and automated system configuration and costing.
- Create new part numbers, BOM, MRP data, and routing
- Assist in the development of new applications
- Participate in Engineering Change Notification (ECN) process and coordinate product testing and design.

- Bachelor's Degree (Business or Engineering preferred) or equivalent experience supporting a sales organization
- Experience with Marketing Automation Systems with a record of demonstrated achievement
- Experience with technology platforms is ideal, such as Salesforce.com, ERP Systems, Warehouse Management Systems, CAD systems, and database management is a plus.
- Effective project management skills, strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated solid analytical skills and problem-solving ability
- Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the business, including 300+ field sales team
